Khayyat Calcy ("the App") is an embroidery business management application developed and operated by IT Khidma, based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Account Information — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
Business Data — Information you enter into the App, including:
- Company name, address, and contact number
- Client names, addresses, and mobile numbers
- Order details (models, quantities, gala sizes, rates)
- Bill and invoice information
- Machine and worker (katwar) details
Device Information — We collect a device identifier to manage the two-device limit per account.
Push Notification Token — We collect your Firebase Cloud Messaging token to send you relevant notifications.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the App's functionality:
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To store and display your business data (orders, bills, parties)
- To generate PDF bills and invoices with your company details
- To enforce subscription and usage limits
- To manage device access for your account
- To send push notifications about your account
Data Storage & Security
All your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Your data is scoped to your user account — no other user can access your business data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Banner images uploaded by administrators are stored on Cloudinary, a secure cloud media platform.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — Authentication, database, and cloud messaging
- Google Sign-In — Account authentication
- Cloudinary — Banner image hosting
We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics trackers, or data brokers.
Data Retention
Your data is retained in your account as long as your account is active. If your subscription expires, your data remains stored but you will not be able to access it until the subscription is renewed.
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal and business data stored in your account
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent by discontinuing use of the App
Children's Privacy
Khayyat Calcy is designed for business use and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
